The academic year at Bethesda Christian Academy runs from April to March. Admission to the nursery class is governed by the rule that the student must have attained the age of 3+ years before March 31, 2026 to be admitted in Nursery for 2026-27 session.

Steps in Admission Process:

1. Complete the Registration Form in any of the following ways :

a. Complete the Registration Form online - Click on the link below to complete the registration form online

b. Download the Registration form in PDF and complete in hard copy

 

c. Collect the Registration Form in person from the school office between 8AM and 3PM, Monday to Friday.

2. For online and offline form submission, please visit the Admissions office in school on Monday to Friday, 8AM to 3 PM, along with the required documents and non-refundable registration fee of Rs.50 (payable by cash/online payment).

Please note submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission. Also, please check with the Admission Office at the time of Form submission if your child is eligible for bus facilities, if needed.

3.   Please complete the fee payment (annual + first quarter fees) at the time of admission to secure the seat. Non-payment of fees will result in admission to be revoked.

4.   Details of uniform, stationery and transport details will be shared after fee payment.

Quarter 2 Fee Payment : By July 10, 2026
Quarter 3 Fee Payment : By October 10, 2026
Quarter 4 Fee Payment : By January 10, 2027
